From a very young age (6 years old) he was already passionate about watching the training of his father’s team with Manu Ginobili in Andino La Rioja, Argentina and the following years of the Sepo Ginóbili´s (Quilmes MDP) team, he even traveled with the team to live experiences.
The cognitive, technical and conceptual parts were also trained to make the development more effective. This approach grew after he travelled to Serbia and trained with Aleksandar Glisic (both Teodosic and Bogdanovic’s trainer).
He traveled twice (2015 and 2017) to train in Michigan with Micah Lancaster, NBA trainer and International Innovator, 3 times to Miami (2015, 2017, 2019) with Andrew Moran, NBA Trainer and Player development who incorporated him as his assistant.
He had already been to Serbia, Barcelona and the United States, which is why Mariano founded his brand “Game Study” in 2016 to break down his analysis on concepts and NBA players trained, around coach conferences and training camps all over the world. Mariano Sanchez has already provided training based on his methods in around 14 countries. Despite this, he continued to progress in his training.
In 2020 he arrived in Italy, Milan to train with Ettore Messina in the Olimpia Milano team.
In 2022, after his work with the Argentina National Team, he assisted Chip Engelland and Mitch Johnson’s sessions as part of the San Antonio Spurs workshop, being invited by Emanuel Ginobili.
