Mariano Sánchez is obsessed with detailed training. Son of Oscar “Huevo” Sanchez, legendary DT, who has been a pioneer with clinics in the country, after a brilliant career at the Argentine club level (almost 1,300 games coached, National League champion with Atenas de Cordoba, Argentina in 2003) and to have the milestone of having been the discoverer of the best basketball player in the history of the country (Emanuel Ginóbili).
Mariano has made a name for himself by improving established players. Born on December 19, 1988, he is no longer known as “the son of Oscar Sanchez” when he reached national consideration for the great personalized work he did with Luis Scola before the 2019 World Cup in China, where the National Team won the Silver Medal and Luis was part of the All-Tournament Team.
In 2016, Mariano began to chain high-level jobs with established basketball players. First assisting Emanuel Ginobili in Bahia Blanca for his preparation for the Rio de Janeiro 2016 Olympic Games, later with several Americans from the NBA, such as the Morris brothers (in Las Vegas), Mario Chalmers and Joe Johnson (in Miami).
